在局部凝固的连续浇注线上,对钢液芯部采用电磁搅拌,可以改善质量,自从实现连续浇注以来,一直在考虑应用这种工艺。但近来才应用到工业上。目前,至少有两个公司一直在发展电磁搅拌设备,它使钢的连续浇注有重大改进。本文重点叙述了电磁搅拌设备在连续浇注机上的工艺试验及其搅拌效果。由于试验证实,电磁搅拌可提高浇注速度和改善连续铸锭的表面质量,因此发展较快,将在连续浇注线上得到推广和采用。图12幅,表2个。
On locally solidified continuous casting lines, the use of electromagnetic stirring of the molten steel core improves the quality and has been considering the application of this technique since continuous casting was achieved. But recently it has been applied to industry. Currently, at least two companies have been developing electromagnetic stirring equipment, which makes significant improvements in the continuous pouring of steel. This article focuses on the electromagnetic stirring equipment in the continuous casting machine on the technical test and the mixing effect. As the test confirmed that electromagnetic stirring can increase the casting speed and improve the surface quality of continuous ingot, so the rapid development, will be continuous casting line to be promoted and adopted.
