用机械合金化方法制备了NixTi(100─x)(x=10~70)合金,用X射线衍射、SEM及TEM研究了机械合金化过程中Ni50Ti50粉末的组织结构变化,最后由DSC差热分析研究了Ni50Ti50非晶态粉末的晶化行为。
NixTi (100─x) (x = 10 ~ 70) alloys were prepared by mechanical alloying. The microstructures of Ni50Ti50 powders during mechanical alloying were investigated by X-ray diffraction, SEM and TEM. The crystallization behavior of Ni50Ti50 amorphous powder was studied.
