以醋酸废液和秸秆灰为原料制备低成本、环保型融雪剂,研究了融雪剂的pH值、融雪速率、冰点,初步评定了融雪剂的腐蚀性能、用量等。结果表明制备的融雪剂(EFD)pH值为6.4～6.8,融雪速率、冰点、对铁、混凝土、及农作物的腐蚀程度等均接近或优于常用的CMA环保型融雪剂,为低成本、环保型融雪剂(EFD)的工业化生产提供基础数据。
The low-cost and environment-friendly deicing salt was prepared by using waste liquid of acetic acid and straw ash as raw materials. The pH, melting rate and freezing point of deicing salt were studied. The corrosion performance and dosage of deicing salt were preliminarily evaluated. The results showed that the prepared deicing salt (EFD) had a pH value of 6.4 ~ 6.8. The melting rate, freezing point, corrosion of iron, concrete and crops were close to or better than the commonly used CMA environment-friendly deicing salt. Type deicing salt (EFD) industrial production to provide the basic data.
