莴苣花叶病毒(LMV)和黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)在山东各地普遍发生,田间二者可形成混合感染,使危害加重。LMV在春、秋两季莴苣出现的频率都很高;CMV则主要为害秋莴苣,春莴苣较为少见。病害田间消长主要受温度影响,症状表现最低温度8—10℃,病害发展最适温度18—22℃。回归分析田间蚜量与病株率呈显著正相关。初步证明不同莴苣品种类型、种植方式和肥水条件对病害发生均有一定影响。
Lettuce mosaic virus (LMV) and cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) occurred in various parts of Shandong Province, the field can form a mixed infection between the two, making the harm worse. LMV spring and autumn lettuce appear high frequency; CMV is mainly affected autumn lettuce, spring lettuce is rare. Disease growth and decline in the field mainly affected by temperature, the symptoms of the lowest temperature 8-10 ℃, disease development optimum temperature 18-22 ℃. Regression analysis showed a significant positive correlation between the amount of aphids in the field and the diseased plants. Preliminary proof of different lettuce varieties, planting methods and fertilizer conditions have a certain impact on disease occurrence.
