目的对分娩率加权法中的产妇分类系统评分表进行修订,使其适应我国国情,为助产人力资源配置等奠定基础。方法借鉴“分娩率加权法”中的“产妇分类系统”评分表,结合文献回顾法和专家讨论法形成初稿,使用因子分析和聚类分析对初稿进行评价。结果专家共对原评分表中6个条目的内容或权重进行了修改;通过因子分析提取6个公因子,累计贡献率为55.155%;最终形成的“产妇分类系统”评分表,分为4个模块,共17个条目;结合聚类分析结果可将产妇分为5个类型。结论 “产妇分类系统”评分表显示出良好的效度并能进行合理的产妇分类,为助产工作量评估及人力资源配置等提供了参考依据。
OBJECTIVE To revise the maternal classification system scoring system in the method of delivery rate weighting to adapt to China’s national conditions and lay the foundation for midwifery human resource allocation. The method draws on the “maternal classification system” in the “birth rate weighting method”, combines with the literature review method and expert discussion method to form the first draft, and uses factor analysis and cluster analysis to evaluate the first draft. Results The experts modified the content or weight of the 6 items in the original score table. Six common factors were extracted through factor analysis, with a total contribution rate of 55.155%. Finally, the “Maternal classification system” score table was divided into 4 modules, a total of 17 entries; combined with cluster analysis results can be divided into five types of mothers. Conclusion “maternal classification system ” score scale showed good validity and reasonable maternal classification, provided a reference for midwifery workload assessment and human resources allocation.
