事故对任何组织或企业而言都意味着严重的危机。在注重事故预防的同时,如何处理事故带来的恶果和经营管理危机?本文将视角定在事故发生后的经营管理上,尤其偏重企业管理在危机处理上的作用,应该算比较新的视角。“危机管理”概念在安全生产领域的应用是迟早的事情,本文所举事例也侧重这一方面,此是安全生产管理和研究的一个新课题。
Accidents mean a serious crisis for any organization or business. How to deal with the consequences of the accident and the operation and management crisis while paying attention to the accident prevention? This article sets the angle of view on the operation and management after the accident, especially the emphasis on the role of the enterprise management in crisis management, and should take a relatively new perspective. The application of the concept of “crisis management” in the field of safety production is a matter of time.
