目的研究某种正压生物防护服对生物气溶胶的防护效果。方法采用人工发生黏质沙雷菌气溶胶,用Andersen 6级采样器采样,对该正压生物防护服对细菌气溶胶的防护效果进行了检测。结果与结论该正压生物防护服对暴露于颗粒质量中值直径约1.674μm的细菌气溶胶粒子防护效率达到99.90%以上。该正压生物防护服通过高效过滤系统为防护服内提供洁净空气,对细菌气溶胶有较好的防护效果。
Objective To study the protective effect of certain positive-pressure biological protective clothing on bio-aerosol. Methods The artificial Aerosol of Serratia marcescens was used to detect the protective effect of the positive pressure biological protective clothing against bacterial aerosol by using an Andersen 6-stage sampler. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION The protective effect of the positive pressure biological protective clothing on bacteria aerosols exposed to particles with a median diameter of about 1.674μm was above 99.90%. The positive pressure biological protective clothing through the high efficiency filtration system for protective clothing to provide clean air, bacteria aerosol have a better protective effect.
