结核病是由结核分枝杆菌(Mycobacterium tuberculosis,MTB)引起的威胁人类健康的全球致死性疾病之一。Toll样受体7(Toll like receptors 7,TLR7)是一种模式识别受体,主要识别单链RNA,参与胞内感染,同时也参与胞内病原体MTB所介导的免疫。以下就TLR7在MTB感染中介导的信号通路、作用机制及用于治疗的潜在价值作一综述。
Tuberculosis is one of the world’s leading lethal diseases that threaten human health caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB). Toll-like receptor 7 (TLR7) is a pattern recognition receptor that recognizes single-stranded RNA and is involved in intracellular infection and is also involved in the immunization mediated by MTB, an intracellular pathogen. The following is a review of the signaling pathways TLR7 mediates in MTB infection, its mechanism of action, and the potential value of its use in therapy.
