目的:从肾细胞凋亡角度检测不同强度运动模式对肾组织的影响从而揭示运动训练对组织的损伤机制。方法:健康SD大鼠30只,随机分成安静对照组(C),中等强度运动组(M)和大强度运动组(H)。每组10只。不同强度训练12周后取材,采用tunel法检测肾细胞凋亡程度。结果:与对照组(C)相比,大强度运动组(H)肾细胞凋亡程度明显(p<0.01),中等强度运动组(M)肾细胞凋亡无显著差异(p>0.05)。结论:大强度运动能诱导SD大鼠肾细胞过度凋亡增加,而中等强度运动可能对SD大鼠的机体产生有益的效果。
OBJECTIVE: To detect the effects of different intensity exercise patterns on renal tissue from the perspective of renal cell apoptosis to reveal the mechanism of tissue damage induced by exercise training. Methods: Thirty healthy SD rats were randomly divided into a quiet control group (C), a moderate intensity exercise group (M) and a high intensity exercise group (H). Each group of 10. After 12 weeks of training, the intensity of renal cell apoptosis was detected by tunel method. Results: Compared with the control group (C), the apoptosis of renal cells in high-intensity exercise group (H) was significantly (p <0.01), while there was no significant difference in the renal cell apoptosis in moderate-intensity exercise group (p> 0.05). Conclusion: High-intensity exercise can induce excessive apoptosis of renal cells in SD rats, while moderate-intensity exercise may have beneficial effects on the body of SD rats.
