医药,作为一种联系千家万户,事关千万人生命安危的特殊商品,历来都引人注目。仅去年1—5月,全国药品销售额就达83.6亿元之巨,可见我国药品市场之广大。早在1985年7月1日,国务院就颁布了《中华人民共和国药品管理法》,回首这十年来我国的医药商品市场,应该说,《管理法》的实施有效地发挥了规范药品管理,保障人民生命健康的重要作用,但与此同时,我们也看到,在本该是一片圣洁的白色的医药市场上,也夹杂进了一块块并不合谐的瑕斑。
