利用APAAP法观察了20例中重症过敏性哮喘发作患者外周血T细胞亚群及其活化状态改变,并与20例缓解期过敏性哮喘患者和70例健康对照者进行了比较。结果表明:T细胞亚群的改变在3组间差异无显著性(P>0.05),而反映CD_4~+T细胞活化的CD_(25)和HLA-DR的表达在中重度发作期患者明显高于其他两组(P均<0.01),且分别与血清总IgE呈正相关(r=0.3855、0.3554,P均<0.05),与第1秒用力呼气量(FEVI)呈负相关(r=-0.6884,-0.5875,P均<0.01),提示,外周血CD_4~+T细胞活化是中重度过敏性哮喘发作的主要原因之一。
APAAP method was used to observe the changes of T lymphocyte subsets and activation status in peripheral blood of 20 patients with severe allergic asthma and compared with 20 patients with allergic asthma and 70 healthy controls. The results showed that the changes of T cell subsets were not significantly different among the three groups (P> 0.05), while the expression of CD_ (25) and HLA-DR, which reflected the activation of CD_4 ~ + T cells, was significantly higher in moderate- (R = - 0.3855,0.3554, P <0.05), but negatively correlated with forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV) in the other two groups (all P <0.01) 0.6884, -0.5875, P <0.01), suggesting that activation of CD_4 ~ + T cells in peripheral blood is one of the main causes of moderate-severe allergic asthma attacks.
