推荐一种新的连续流动方法用于同时测定水中的硝酸根和氨,氨用邻苯二甲醛(C_8H_6O_2)试剂以荧光法来测定,而硝酸根则先在碱性介质中用三氯钛(Ⅲ)还原成氨,再进行测定。在碱性样品溶液中产生的氯气可用一个管状微孔滤膜 PTFE 进行分离。化学计量的亚硝酸根干扰本方法,但可用磺胺酸来掩蔽,硝酸根和氨的检测限(S/N=3)分别为1.8×10~(-7)和1.8×10~(-8)M。同时测定河水中的硝酸根和氨,结果是令人满意的。
A new continuous flow method is recommended for the simultaneous determination of nitrate and ammonia in water. Ammonia is determined by fluorimetry using ortho-phthalaldehyde (C_8H_6O_2) reagent, while nitrate is first detected in the alkaline medium using trichlorotitanium ( Ⅲ) reduced to ammonia, and then measured. Chlorine produced in the alkaline sample solution can be separated by a tubular microporous membrane PTFE. Stoichiometric nitrite interference with this method, but with sulfanilic acid to mask, nitrate and ammonia detection limit (S / N = 3) were 1.8 × 10 -7 and 1.8 × 10 -8 M. Simultaneous determination of nitrate and ammonia in the river water resulted in satisfactory results.
