笔者在实际尸检中曾遇到一例罕见的巨大脑肿瘤引起死亡的案例,现报告如下: 死者刘某某,女,28岁,生前有间断性头痛病史,1989年、1990年曾先后以“附鼻窦炎”、“神经性头痕,脑部疾患”就诊于岚县人民医院,病情无明显好转。1992年1月3日突然死亡,同年1月22日对刘某某尸体进行了检验。尸表未见暴力性损伤痕迹。心、肝、肾大小、外形、切面均未见异常,仅脑组织于左半球近额顶部
