1976年4月6日0时55分,在内蒙古自治区和林格尔县,新丰公社和新店子公社一带(北纬40°14',东经112°12')发生6.3级地震。震前我省专业台的部分前兆有明显的异常反映。但由于各种前兆异常分布零散,分析预报水平低,对这次6.3级地震事先未进行预报。为了提高分析预报水平,摸索各种前兆的反映规律,吸取经验教训,为实现24小时内报出5级以上地震努力工作,震后对有反映的各种前兆进行了总结。 对这次6.3级地震有反映的专业手段主要有地应力、地磁、地倾斜、形变电阻率、水氡等。
At 0:55 on April 6, 1976, a 6.3 magnitude earthquake hit Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Lingling County, Xinfeng Commune and Xindianzi Commune (40o14’N and 112o12’E). Some precursors of professional stations in our province before the earthquake had obvious abnormalities. However, due to the scattered distribution of various precursory anomalies and the low level of analysis and prediction, no prior prediction of the M6.3 earthquake was made. In order to improve the level of analysis and forecasting, explore the law of reflection of various precursors, learn from experience and lessons, and work hard to report earthquakes of magnitude 5 or above in 24 hours. After the earthquake, the precursors reflected are summarized. The professional methods reflected in this 6.3-magnitude earthquake mainly include geostress, geomagnetism, ground inclination, deformation resistivity, water radon and so on.
