儿科医生通常了解婴儿的性概念及婴儿和青春前期儿童自淫,然而,认识婴儿和学龄前期女孩的自淫却很困难,因为,它一般不以手刺激外阴、摇动、或其它节律性活动出现。本文介绍5例7～27个月女孩自淫被误认为腹痛或癫痫发作。病例例1于11个月学会走步时开始发作,发作时将耻骨后弓上区压在家俱或坚硬物体上,持续数分钟～3小时,伴出汗、呼吸沉重,脉率增加。因4个月时曾做过肠梗阻手术,被误认为腹痛。未经治疗,几年后缓解。例2剖宫早产儿,1岁行脐疝修补术后出现应激性肠综合征。14个月开始发作,发作时身体僵硬,站立或坐着,手压腹股沟区,震颤,牙关紧闭
Pediatricians generally understand the sexual concept of infants and their sexual immorality in infants and adolescent children. This article describes 5 cases of 7 to 27 months girl conceited was mistaken for abdominal pain or seizures. Case Study 1 started to attack at eleven months while walking. Case 2 cesarean section premature children, 1 year old umbilical hernia repair of irritable bowel syndrome. 14 months onset, onset of stiffness, standing or sitting, hand pressure groin area, tremor, teeth closed
