科学技术,只有在与经济紧密结合的时候,才能发挥其“第一生产力”的作用。科技与经济的结合,固然有待于广大经济工作者审时度势,真正确立依靠科技进步发展经济的指导思想,并为之而努力;但是,在科技管理工作中,如何促进科学技术主动长入经济,为两者的结合创造有利条件,也是一个值得重视的问题。我在担任科技副县长一年多的实践中体会到,需从以下三个方面抓起。 Science and technology can play their “primary productive force” only when they are closely integrated with the economy.
