采用中频感应炉制备了节Ni型Cr25Mn10Mo4Ni2N双相不锈钢并进行了固溶处理。利用动电位极化曲线及交流阻抗谱技术研究了材料的耐蚀性能,并选取2205双相不锈钢及316L奥氏体不锈钢作为对比,研究了3种材料在人工海水、模拟油田及模拟地层水介质中的腐蚀行为。结果表明,节Ni型Cr25Mn10Mo4Ni2N双相不锈钢耐蚀性能最好,2205双相不锈钢次之,316L奥氏体不锈钢耐蚀性能最差;材料在模拟地层水介质中的腐蚀程度最严重,其次为模拟油田介质,人工海水介质腐蚀程度最低。
A Ni-type Cr25Mn10Mo4Ni2N duplex stainless steel with intermediate frequency induction furnace was prepared and solution treated. The corrosion resistance of the material was studied by potentiodynamic polarization curve and AC impedance spectroscopy. The comparison between 2205 duplex stainless steel and 316L austenitic stainless steel was carried out. The effects of three kinds of materials in artificial seawater, simulated oilfield and simulated aquifer medium In the corrosive behavior. The results show that the corrosion resistance of the Ni-type Cr25Mn10Mo4Ni2N duplex stainless steel is the best, followed by the 2205 duplex stainless steel, and the corrosion resistance of the 316L austenitic stainless steel is the worst. The corrosion of the material in the simulated formation water medium is the most serious, followed by the simulation Oil field medium, artificial seawater medium corrosion is the lowest.
