对修复和强化机车车轮轮缘的新工艺方法之一的等离子强化工艺进行了分析 ,并指出了其优、缺点。近年来 ,还没有足够的资料证实等离子强化在提高机车车轮耐磨性方面的有效程度 ,而有效降低机车车轮磨损基本上都与润滑有关 ,与等离子强化无关。等离子强化有可能造成的负面效果 ,即明显加大延时脆性损坏的可能性 ,不能与其具有的优点相提并论
The plasma strengthening process, which is one of the new methods of repairing and strengthening the wheel flange of locomotive wheels, is analyzed and its advantages and disadvantages are pointed out. In recent years, there is not enough data to confirm the effectiveness of plasma strengthening in improving the wear resistance of locomotive wheels, and effectively reducing locomotive wheel wear is basically related to lubrication, which has nothing to do with plasma strengthening.
