1 概述 X图(均值控制图)主要用于判断生产过程的均值是否处于或保持在所要求的水平。通过控制图上点子移动来判断是否出现了异常原因。X图的特点是在生产过程中有一种影响因素产生,立刻对所有生产出来的产品起同样的影响。R控制图是看分布的分散程度或波动幅度的变化,它所表示的是某一特征值的均匀程度。一般说,R控制图的水平愈低愈好,所有零件都在相同条件下生产出来,R控制图会表现出稳定的状态。R控制图的特点是生产条件对一部分零件与其他一部分零件有不同的影响。从而增大了产品某一特征值分布的分散程度,由此判断出异常的原因。目
1 Overview X Chart (Mean Control Chart) is mainly used to determine whether the mean value of the production process is or remains at the required level. By controlling the movement of dots to determine whether there is an abnormal cause. R control chart is to see distribution of changes in the degree of dispersion or fluctuation, it represents the uniformity of a certain eigenvalue.
