乙烯装置是乙烯厂的龙头装置,工艺复杂,操作要求高,对操作人员的技术水平有较高的要求。2006年,独山子石化公司100万吨乙烯项目开工建设,抽调了大批经验丰富的老员工、技能骨干到新区,现有员工的技术水平呈现良莠不齐的现象,工作6年以下的年轻员工占整个班组的70%,且基本只有一个岗位的上岗资质,担任主操、外操等岗位。年轻员工经验少,欠缺现场应急处理能力,影响安全生产。车间立足现状,充分整合班组培训资源,
