目的采用TRIZ矛盾矩阵法研究振动台用冲击响应谱试验夹具设计方法,用以改进高量级冲击响应谱试验能力。方法通过TRIZ矛盾矩阵法建立振动台实现冲击响应谱试验的技术矛盾模型,采用动态仿真与真实试验相结合的方法设计可用于振动台的冲击响应谱试验夹具。结果试验结果表明设计的夹具可显著地提高振动台实现冲击响应谱试验量级。结论本文的研究结果为试验室模拟较高量级冲击响应谱试验提供了一种可控性好、成本低的试验方法,同时也证明了TRIZ理论对工程设计指导的有效性。
OBJECTIVE To study the design method of impact response spectrum test fixture for shaking table by TRIZ contradictory matrix method to improve the ability of high-level impact response spectrum test. Methods The technical contradiction model of shock response spectrum test was established by TRIZ contradictory matrix method. The impact response spectrum test fixture which can be used in vibration table was designed by the combination of dynamic simulation and real experiment. Results The experimental results show that the designed jig can significantly improve the magnitude of the impact response spectrum test of the vibrating table. Conclusions The results of this study provide a good controllability and low cost test method for laboratory simulation of higher order impulse response spectroscopy tests. At the same time, it also proves the validity of TRIZ theory for engineering design guidance.
