目的从样品预处理及标准曲线的测定方法两方面对现有的毛细管气相色谱法测定工作场所中乙胺的方法加以改进,以解决实际检验工作中常遇到的乙胺峰形差、方法线性差的问题。方法省略超声、离心、调控pH等繁琐的解析步骤,直接采用顶空进样,经Rtx-35毛细管柱分离,FID检测器进行测定。结果乙胺的线性范围0~85.71μg/ml,相关系数为0.999 5,检出限为2.12μg/ml,解析效率为95.1%~98.0%,方法加标回收率为99.9%~105.3%,精密度为1.25%~3.15%(n=6)。结论该方法预处理操作简单,准确度高,灵敏度高,具有较低的检出限,能满足基层实验室对工作场所空气中乙胺含量的检测。
OBJECTIVE To improve the method for the determination of ethylamine in the workplace by capillary gas chromatography in order to solve the problem of ethylamine peak shape difference often encountered in the actual test work from two aspects of sample pretreatment and standard curve determination method, The problem.
