自1785年William withering发现洋地黄,距今已200余年。在当今治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的诸种药物中,其重要地位,毋庸置疑。由于老年人在生理、病理方面,与其他年龄组迥然不同,因而构成了对老年病人洋地黄应用的特殊性。
Since 1785 William withering found digitalis, dating back more than 200 years. In today’s treatment of chronic congestive heart failure in various drugs, its important position, no doubt. Due to the physiology and pathology of the elderly, they are very different from other age groups and thus constitute the particularity of the application of digitalis in elderly patients.
