不完全齿轮机构,在农业机械、机床、食品机械、电子管制造工业等部门都有应用。本文从不完全齿轮机构的运动分析出发,提出选取B_2点(普通齿轮传动的啮合始点)为啮合始点是最合理的。本文着重讨论了以B_2点为啮合始点时单向传动机构的传动几何学和计算方法;并以此为基础进而指出,双向传动机构一般不能选B_2点为啮合始点,以及传动计算上的一些特殊问题。
Incomplete gear mechanism, in agricultural machinery, machine tools, food machinery, tube manufacturing industries have applications. In this paper, starting from the analysis of motion of gear mechanism, it is most reasonable to choose B 2 (the starting point of meshing of common gear transmission) as starting point of meshing. In this paper, we mainly discuss the transmission geometry and calculation method of one-way transmission mechanism when B_2 is the starting point of meshing. Based on this, it is pointed out that the two-way transmission mechanism can not select B_2 as the starting point of meshing and some special problem.
