在现阶段,我国的人事档案管理工作相对滞后,与经济发展和社会需求不相适应,造成了种种弊端。笔者从我国人事档案管理的现状出发,认为人事档案有着重要的意义,不应“退隐”。同时,利用大量的例证,揭示现阶段人事档案管理存在的缺点和不足,分析问题产生的原因,并在内容、体制、方法技术等各个方面提出改革的建议。
At this stage, the management of personnel files in our country is relatively lagging behind and has not met the needs of economic development and social needs, causing many drawbacks. Based on the current situation of personnel file management in our country, the author thinks that personnel files have an important meaning and should not be “retreated.” At the same time, a large number of examples are used to reveal the shortcomings and shortcomings in personnel archives management at this stage, analyze the causes of the problems, and put forward suggestions on reforms in various aspects such as content, system and method and technology.
