各位代表、各位来宾、同志们:大家好! 今天,我非常高兴参加中国机电一体化技术应用协会第三次会员代表大会。中国机电一体化技术应用协会在前两届理事会的领导下,经过大家的共同努力,从初创、发展到壮大,已经成为推进机电一体化工作的有生力量。这次换届大会是在九个委管国家工业局机构改革后国家工业管理体制发生重大变革的新形势下召开的,我代表中国机械工业联合会祝愿中国机电一体化技术应用协会第三次会员大 Dear Delegates, Distinguished Guests, Comrades, Hello everyone! Today, I am very happy to attend the Third Congress of China Mechatronics Technology Applications Association. Under the leadership of the two previous councils and with the concerted efforts of all of them, the Association of China Mechatronics Technology Applications has become an energetic force in advancing the work of mechanical and electrical integration from initial development to growth. The general assembly was held under the new situation of major changes in the national industrial management system after the reform of the nine state industrial bureaus.
