为了在水泥混凝土路面设计方法中合理考虑冻融损伤对路面使用寿命的影响,基于疲劳损耗等效原理,提出通过引入冻融损伤系数kd来考虑冻融损伤对路面使用寿命影响的方法,分析了抗冻等级、年平均交通增长率、区划参数以及最大温度梯度标准值、材料参数和面层厚度等因素对kd的影响。结果表明:除抗冻等级外,其他因素对kd的影响不大;当冻融介质为水溶液时,kd值在0.8左右变动;当冻融介质为盐溶液时,kd值在0.7左右变动。研究成果为在水泥混凝土路面设计中考虑冻融损伤效应提供了一种方法。
In order to reasonably consider the influence of freeze-thaw damage on the service life of pavement in cement concrete pavement design method, based on the theory of fatigue loss, a method of considering the influence of freeze-thaw damage on pavement life by introducing freeze-thaw damage coefficient kd is proposed Antifreeze grade, annual average traffic growth rate, zoning parameters and the maximum temperature gradient standard value, material parameters and surface thickness and other factors on kd. The results showed that, except for antifreeze grade, other factors had little effect on kd. When the freezing and thawing medium was aqueous solution, the kd value was about 0.8. When the freezing and thawing medium was salt solution, the kd value was about 0.7. The research results provide a method to consider the effect of freeze-thaw damage in the design of cement concrete pavement.
