[目的]研究炭样小单孢菌所产抗生素对水稻白叶枯病菌的抑菌作用。[方法]采用杯碟法和二倍稀释法探讨了炭样小单孢菌所产抗生素对水稻白叶枯病菌的抑菌活性。[结果]炭样小单孢菌所产的抗生素对水稻白叶枯病菌的抑菌直径达27.10 mm,最低抑菌体积分数与最低杀菌体积分数分别为0.78%和25%,在最低杀菌质量浓度下,抗生素对水稻白叶枯病菌作用18 h杀菌率为100%。[结论]炭样小单孢菌所产的抗生素对水稻白叶枯病菌具有较强抑菌作用。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the antibacterial activity of antibiotics produced by Cricidomonas sp. To rice bacterial leaf blight. [Method] The antibacterial activity of the antibiotic produced by Cricidomonas sp. To Xanthomonas oryzae was studied by cup-plate method and double dilution method. [Result] The antibacterials produced by the microorganisms of the genus Micromonospora had a bacteriostatic diameter of 27.10 mm against the bacterial leaf blight of rice, the minimum inhibitory volume fraction and the minimum bactericidal volume fraction were 0.78% and 25%, respectively. After the minimum bactericidal concentration , Antibacterial effect on bacterial leaf blight 18 h sterilization rate was 100%. [Conclusion] The antibiotics produced by C. Spinosum had strong antibacterial activity against Xanthomonas oryzae.
