明政府为了维持社会秩序,巩固政权,相应采取了诸多针对性的防灾救灾措施,并取得了一定的成效。研究明代辽宁地区自然灾害的特点及防灾救灾措施,对于今天我们处理自然灾害问题具有巨大的借鉴意义。
In order to maintain the social order and consolidate the regime, the Ming government adopted a series of targeted disaster prevention and relief measures and achieved some success. Studying the characteristics of natural disasters and disaster prevention and relief measures in Liaoning during the Ming Dynasty is of great reference to our handling of natural disasters today.
