全差示吸光光度法是我国近年来发展的一项新技术。该方法规定使用一个特定取值的反向微电流向左扩展标尺,以实现高精密度测量的目的。关于全差示吸光光度法的理论研究工作已经有报导,应用领域也有新的开拓。通过全差示吸光光度法的理论和实际应用的研究表明,全差示吸光光度法对仪器有特殊的技术要求:它必须具有特殊的微电流装置,光电的同步切换装置,和显示装置等。这是各种商品光度计所不具备的。7215型全差示分光光度计就是为了适应这种特殊的需求而设计的一种全差示测定功能的新型光度分析仪器。
Full differential absorption spectrophotometry is a new technology developed in recent years in China. This method specifies the use of a specific value of the reverse micro-current to extend the scale to the left, for the purpose of high-precision measurement. About the whole differential absorption spectrophotometry theory research has been reported, the application areas also have new development. The study of the theory and practical application of the whole differential absorption spectrophotometry shows that the total differential absorption spectrophotometry has special technical requirements for the instrument: it must have a special micro-current device, a photoelectric synchronous switching device, and a display device. This is not available for various product photometers. The Model 7215 Full Differential Spectrophotometer is a new type of photometric analysis instrument designed to accommodate this particular need with a fully differential measurement function.
