针对轴孔类零件组合装配过程中,容易产生位姿偏差的问题,采用杠杆矫正装置,结合零件位置矫正的方法,设计开发了一套适用于轴孔类零件装配的位置矫正装置。详细介绍了该装置的工作原理,并对该装置矫正效果进行了计算机模拟分析和实物验证,结果表明该装置通过多次矫正方法,可满足轴孔类零件装配位姿存在偏差时的装配要求,实现了配合零件快速而准确的装配目的。
Aiming at the problem that the position and orientation deviation easily occurs during assembly process of shaft hole parts, a set of position correction device suitable for assembly of shaft hole parts is designed and developed by using the lever correction device and the method of position correction of parts. The working principle of this device is introduced in detail. Computer simulation and physical verification of this device are carried out. The results show that this device can meet the assembly requirements when there are deviations in the assembly position and orientation of shaft hole parts through multiple correction methods. Achieved with the parts quickly and accurately the purpose of assembly.
