人力资源管理是供水企业管理中的重要组成部分,严重影响到供水企业的运营和发展,因此,建立科学的人力资源管理制度,充分发挥员工的主观能动性,不断提高人力资源的利用率,逐渐受到供水企业的重视。文章简单分析了目前供水企业人力资源管理中存在的问题,指出供水企业人力资源管理改革和创新的措施,以期能够提高供水企业人力资源管理的质量。
