提起巴西,人们都会想到足球与桑巴舞。其实,巴西菜肴也与足球、桑巴舞一样,同样是巴西人的骄傲。据《环球时报》驻巴西记者吴志华先生介绍,巴西菜肴有两大特点:其一是丰富多彩,欧、亚、非风味汇聚一堂,意、法、日、中、西班牙及阿拉伯餐馆遍布巴西各地,形成多彩的饮食文化。其二是地域特色,各地的烹调方法与饮食习惯有明显差异,构成巴西菜肴的多样化。这是因为巴西是移民组成的国家,各国移民自然带来并保持、延续了家乡的烹调技术。
