目的:以醇浸膏得率、丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B为含量指标,考察乙醇浓度、加醇量及提取时间对心舒康颗粒醇提取工艺的影响。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验法。结果:丹参等药材粗粉加乙醇提取两次,第1次加7倍量90%乙醇提取2h,第2次加6倍量60%乙醇提取1.5h。结论:该提取工艺可使丹参中主要成分丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B基本提取完全,工艺基本合理、稳定。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of ethanol concentration, alcohol content and extraction time on the extraction process of Xingshukang granules by using the yield of alcohol extract, tanshinone ⅡA and salvianolic acid B as the indexes. Methods: L9 (34) orthogonal test method was used. Results: Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and other herbs extracted twice with ethanol, the first 7 times the amount of 90% ethanol extraction 2h, the second plus 6 times the amount of 60% ethanol extraction 1.5h. Conclusion: The extraction process can make the main components of Salvia Tanshinone Ⅱ A and salvianolic acid B basic extraction is complete, the process is reasonable and stable.
