男患,43岁。因乏力、腰酸2月,尿检发现尿蛋白(+++)、RBC(++)25天,肝脾肿大10天,于1988年12月入院。体检;贫血貌,颌下及颈部可触及数粒黄豆大小淋巴结,胸骨轻压痛,肝下3.5cm,质中,脾肋下12.5cm,质较硬,肾区轻叩痛。实验室检查:Hb67g/L,WBC23×10~9/L,N0.18,L0.82,bpc102×10~9/L,多次查尿蛋白微量～(++),WBC(±),RBC(++)～(++++)。24小时
Male suffering, 43 years old. Due to fatigue, backache in February, urinalysis found urine protein (+++), RBC (++) 25 days, hepatosplenomegaly for 10 days, in December 1988 admitted. Physical examination; anemia appearance, submandibular and neck can reach a few grains of soybean size lymph nodes, tender tenderness of the sternum, liver 3.5cm, quality, spleen rib 12.5cm, hard quality, kidney area light tapping pain. Laboratory tests: Hb67g / L, WBC23 × 10 ~ 9 / L, N0.18, L0.82, bpc102 × 10 ~ 9 / L, (++) ~ (++++). 24 hours
