采用沉积硝酸铝结合水热处理对HY型分子筛进行改性 ,用FT IR技术研究改性后分子筛酸性质 ,并采用连续流动微型反应装置 ,对改性后分子筛负载加氢活性组分Ni W催化剂进行正庚烷加氢转化性能评价。结果表明 ,采用沉积硝酸铝结合水热处理对HY型分子筛进行改性 ,使其B酸浓度明显降低、部分B酸强度减弱。由此制备的负载Ni W加氢活性金属催化剂的加氢裂解活性缓和 ,异构产物收率高 ,从而显著改善Y型分子筛负载硫化态加氢活性金属催化剂的加氢功能与酸功能的平衡。
HY-type molecular sieve was modified by the combined hydrothermal treatment of aluminum nitrate and hydrothermal treatment. The FT-IR was used to study the acidity of the modified zeolite. The NiW catalyst with modified molecular sieve supported hydrogenation activity was modified by a continuous flow microreactor Hydrogenation Conversion Performance of n-Heptane. The results show that modified aluminum nitrate combined hydrothermal treatment of HY molecular sieve modification, the B acid concentration was significantly reduced, part of the B acid intensity weakened. The hydrogenation activity of the supported NiW hydrogenation active metal catalyst prepared by the method is moderate and the yield of the isomeric product is high, thereby remarkably improving the balance between the hydrogenation function and the acid function of the Y-type molecular sieve supported sulfided hydrogenation-active metal catalyst.
