目的探讨甲状腺恶性结节与代谢综合征相关组分及尿碘的相关性。方法回顾性分析2012-08/2016-05月在作者医院因甲状腺结节行甲状腺细针穿刺活组织检查(fine needle aspiration biopsy,FNAB)的完整病例资料245例,分为恶性结节组(n=54)和良性结节组(n=191)。专人测身高、体质量、血压、空腹血糖、血脂、尿碘及甲状腺功能相关指标,并进行统计学分析。结果恶性结节组体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)、空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FBG)、甘油三酯(serum glycerin trilaurate,TG)、促甲状腺激素(serum thyroid stimulating hormone,TSH)及尿碘均显著高于良性结节组,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,甲状腺恶性结节与年龄、BMI、FBG、尿碘含量独立相关,与TSH及TG无明显相关。结论代谢综合症相关组分及尿碘含量与甲状腺恶性结节密切相关。
Objective To investigate the correlation between malignant thyroid nodules and related components of metabolic syndrome and urinary iodine. Methods A total of 245 complete cases of thyroid nodules with fine needle aspiration biopsy (FNAB) in our hospital from 2012 to 08 / May-May were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into nodular group (n = 54) and benign nodules (n = 191). Height, body weight, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, blood lipids, urinary iodine and thyroid function related indicators were measured and statistically analyzed. Results The body mass index (BMI), fasting blood glucose (FBG), serum glycerin trilaurate (TG), serum thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) and urine Iodine were significantly higher than the benign nodules group, the difference between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that malignant thyroid nodules were independently associated with age, BMI, FBG and urinary iodine content, but not with TSH and TG. Conclusion Metabolic syndrome-related components and urinary iodine content are closely related to malignant thyroid nodules.
