随着我国能源紧缺问题的不断恶化,一些高耗能的行业正在探索绿色发展的新道路,建筑行业便是其一。近些年来,绿色建筑理念受到了人们的广泛关注。但是在新型绿色建筑工程建设的过程中,对工程造价预算以及成本管控存在较大的问题,不仅会对建筑企业的经济效益带来了一定的影响,同时也阻碍了绿色建筑的可持续发展。本文将就新型绿色建筑工程造价预算与成本管控的有效策略进行深入的分析探究。
With the worsening of energy shortage in our country, some high-energy-consuming industries are exploring new ways of green development. The construction industry is one of them. In recent years, the concept of green building has drawn people’s attention. However, in the construction process of new green building projects, there is a big problem on project cost budget and cost control, which not only affects the economic benefits of construction enterprises, but also hinders the sustainable development of green buildings. This article will conduct an in-depth analysis of the effective strategies for cost management and control of new green building projects.
