采用免疫组化ABC法检测了28例喉鳞癌组织中淋巴细胞亚群的分布状态及数量,并与残喉的健侧组织对照研究。发现喉鳞癌局部组织浸润的T淋巴细胞多于健侧喉正常组织,癌间质的T细胞多于实质,癌组织中CD细胞数多于CD细胞。喉低分化鳞癌和晚期患者癌组织中浸润的CD和CD细胞少于高分化癌和早期患者。喉癌局部细胞免疫处于抑制状态,其T细胞亚群的分布与肿瘤临床分期及组织分化有关,对估计病程发展及预后具有一定价值。
Immunohistochemical ABC method was used to detect the distribution and quantity of lymphocyte subsets in 28 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma, and compared with the healthy side of the residual larynx. It was found that T lymphocytes infiltrated by local tissue in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma were more than those in normal laryngeal tissues. The T cells in cancer stroma were more than those in essence, and the number of CD cells in cancerous tissues was more than that in CD cells. Poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma of the larynx and advanced cancer tissue infiltrating CD and CD cells less than well-differentiated and early cancer patients. Local cellular immunity of laryngeal carcinoma is in a state of inhibition. The distribution of T cell subsets is related to the clinical stage and tissue differentiation of the tumor, which is of certain value in estimating the course of the disease and prognosis.
