目的:探讨复方苦豆子对肾性高血压复合高脂血症大鼠血压、血脂的影响及可能的机制。方法:建立肾性高血压复合高脂血症大鼠模型,随机分为模型组,复方苦豆子高、中、低剂量组,阳性对照组,每组12只。另取10只为假手术组。试验8周。每周末测定大鼠尾动脉收缩压(SBP);给药前及给药4,8周后测定大鼠血浆总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C);给药8周后测定大鼠血浆肾素活性(PRA)、AngII水平。结果:与模型组比较,药物高、中剂量组SBP,TC,TG,LDL-C及AngII水平明显降低(P<0.01);HDL-C,PRA水平明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:复方苦豆子可降低模型大鼠血压,调节血脂,其机制可能与肾素-血管紧张素系统的调节有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of compound Sophora alopecuroides on blood pressure and blood lipid in rats with renovascular hypertension complicated with hyperlipidemia and its possible mechanism. Methods: A rat model of renal hypertensive hyperlipidemia was established and randomly divided into model group, Compound Sophora flavescens high, middle and low dose group and positive control group, with 12 rats in each group. Another 10 for the sham group. Test for 8 weeks. The tail artery systolic blood pressure (SBP) was measured at the end of each week. The levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) , Low density lipoprotein (LDL-C). After 8 weeks of administration, plasma renin activity (PRA) and AngII levels were measured. Results: Compared with the model group, the levels of SBP, TC, TG, LDL-C and AngII in the high and middle dose groups were significantly decreased (P <0.01) and the levels of HDL-C and PRA were significantly increased (P <0.01). Conclusion: Compound Sophora flavescens can reduce blood pressure and regulate blood fat in model rats, which may be related to the regulation of renin-angiotensin system.
