目的研究尾叶香茶菜Rabdosia excisa的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱色谱法进行分离和纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从尾叶香茶菜中分离鉴定了15个化合物,分别为山香三萜二烯酸(1)、α-香树脂醇棕榈酸酯(2)、豆甾醇(3)、β-谷甾醇(4)、棕榈酸(5)、熊果酸(6)、1α,6,11β,15β-四乙酰基-6,7-断裂-7,20-内酯-对映-贝壳杉-16-烯(7)、2α,3α-二羟基乌苏-12-烯-28-酸(8)、马斯里酸(9)、2α,3α,19-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌索酸(10)、毛叶香茶菜素E(11)、6β,11α,15α-三羟基-6,7断裂-6,20-环氧2-1α,7-内酯-对映-贝壳杉-16-烯(12)、对映-7α,20-环氧-贝壳杉烷-16-烯-1α,6β,7β,14β,15β-五醇-1-O-葡萄吡喃糖苷(13)、冬凌草甲素(14)、胡萝卜苷(15)。结论除了化合物3、5、6、14、15外,其余化合物均为首次从尾叶香茶菜中发现。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Rabdosia excisa Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by their physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Fifteen compounds were isolated and identified from the genus Myrtaceae. They were behenyl terpinene (1), α-myristyl palmitate (2), stigmasterol (3), β-sitosterol 4), palmitic acid (5), ursolic acid (6), 1α, 6,11β, 15β-tetraacetyl-6,7-disubstituted-7,20-lactone-enantiomer- (8), masrilic acid (9), 2α, 3α, 19-trihydroxy-12-en-28-ursolic acid (7) (10), Tribulus terrestris E (11), 6β, 11α, 15α-trihydroxy-6,7, Enantiomer-7α, 20-epoxy-kaurene-16-ene-1α, 6β, 7β, 14β, 15β-pentaol-1-O-glucopyranoside (13), Oridonin (14), daucosterol (15). Conclusion All the compounds except compound 3, 5, 6, 14 and 15 were found for the first time.
