本所自1958年1月至1959年8月底,共收結核病患儿190例,其中結核性脑膜炎有114例,占60％,現仅就100例的临床資料作一初步分析。 資料分析 (一)发病年龄: 結核性脑膜炎多見于5岁以下。据旧北京市第二儿童医院門診部1948年6月至1950年5月所見419例分析中,其年龄在5岁以下者占总数的86.7％。本文100例中年龄在5岁以下者占84％,3岁以下者占70％。 (二)发病季节:
Since January 1958 to the end of August 1959, 190 cases of tuberculosis children have been admitted to our hospital. Among them, 114 cases of tuberculous meningitis accounted for 60% of cases, and only a preliminary analysis of clinical data of 100 cases was made.
