随着我国经济的持续快速发展,各类工程建设项目越来越多,而工程建设具有的周期长、资金量大的特点决定了对建设工程的财务控制的必要性。通过建设工程中的决策阶段、实施阶段和保修阶断的建设工程全寿命周期阶段中的财务控制环节进行论述如何开源节流,实现企业利润最大化,管理水平合理化。
With the sustained and rapid economic development in our country, more and more projects of various types are being constructed. However, the long period of construction and the large amount of funds determine the necessity of financial control over construction projects. Through the financial control links in the decision-making stage, the implementation stage and the warranty stage of the construction project in the construction project, this paper discusses how to increase revenue and reduce expenditure, to realize the maximization of corporate profits and rationalization of management level.
