随着化工行业向智能化及大型化的方向不断发展,随之而来的化工安全问题也日益凸显。为了有效保证化工企业的安全,就要做好化工工艺装置中安全仪表系统的使用,这样才能在应用中,保证化工仪器的安全性,为化工企业的持续发展提供有力保证。为此现就化工工艺装置中的安全仪表系统应用做了详细阐述,并分析了应用中的风险与危害,旨在促进化工企业的安全生产。
With the chemical industry to the intelligent and large-scale direction of continuous development, followed by chemical safety issues have become increasingly prominent. In order to effectively ensure the safety of chemical companies, we must make good use of the safety instrumented system in the chemical process equipment so as to ensure the safety of chemical equipment in application and provide a powerful guarantee for the sustainable development of the chemical industry. To this end, the application of safety instrumented system in chemical process equipment is described in detail, and the risks and hazards in application are analyzed.
