目的分析胃肠间质瘤的临床特点,探讨有效的外科手术治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院2009年5月-2012年5月间收治的30例胃肠间质瘤患者的临床资料,所有患者均行外科手术治疗,观察手术治疗效果。结果本组30例胃肠间质瘤患者手术均告成功,术后2例患者行辅助药物化疗。术后1例患者出现胃排空障碍,1例患者出现应激性溃疡出血,术后并发症发生率为6.7%。术后对患者随访1-2年发现,肿瘤复发3例,复发率为10.0%,死亡2例,患者生存率为93.3%。结论对于疑似胃肠间质瘤患者应结合多种辅助检查手段,以明确诊断,一旦确诊应根据肿瘤的具体位置、大小及性质及时确定合适的手术治疗方案,以降低肿瘤的转移率和复发率,提高患者生存率。
Objective To analyze the clinical features of gastrointestinal stromal tumors and discuss the effective surgical treatment. Methods The clinical data of 30 patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumors admitted to our hospital from May 2009 to May 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent surgical treatment and the effect of surgery was observed. Results All 30 cases of gastrointestinal stromal tumors were successfully treated with adjuvant chemotherapy in 2 patients. One patient had postoperative gastric emptying disorder and one patient had stress ulcer bleeding. The postoperative complication rate was 6.7%. Follow-up of patients after 1-2 years found that tumor recurrence in 3 cases, the recurrence rate was 10.0%, 2 patients died, the survival rate was 93.3%. Conclusion Patients with suspected gastrointestinal stromal tumors should be combined with a variety of laboratory examinations to confirm the diagnosis. Once the diagnosis is confirmed, appropriate surgical treatment should be timely determined according to the specific location, size and nature of the tumor to reduce the metastasis rate and recurrence rate , Improve patient survival rate.
