机械手控制系统是随着机械手的发展而同步发展的,其主要是在早期古代机器人的基础上发展而成的。进入二十世纪九十年代,随着计算机技术和信息技术不断发展和进步,计算机的应用大大降低机械手控制系统的价格,设备逐渐向着自动化和智能化方向发展,这就为机器人和机械控制系统的进一步发展奠定了坚实的基础。本文主要结合实际情况,首先就系统的内容进行了分析,然后分析了机械调控系统PID参数的仿真整定,最后应用PLC的PID的控制方法,对其在机械手调速控制系统中的应用进行了分析和研究,希望通过本次研究对更好的优化各个控制参数,提高设备的应用性有一定助益。
