介绍了某1000 MW级核电站凝汽器安装完成进行海水循环冲洗后,水侧钛管与管板焊缝上所发现的锈蚀现象,分析了锈蚀产物的来源和产生这个问题的胀管和焊管原因,阐述了避免出现类似问题的处理方法,对今后凝汽器制造避免此类问题提出了预防措施和建议方案。
This paper introduces the corrosion phenomena found on the weld of titanium-tube and tube-plate on the water side after the installation of the condenser of a 1000 MW nuclear power station is completed, and analyzes the sources of the corrosion products and the reasons for the expansions and pipes that cause this problem , Elaborated on the treatment methods to avoid similar problems and proposed precautionary measures and suggestions on the future of condenser manufacturing to avoid such problems.
