“二战”以来,巴西的通货膨胀严重。从巴西奇迹到雷亚尔计划,巴西政府无不体现出了治理通货膨胀促进经济发展的决心,但并不是所有的政策都能准确有效地遏制通货膨胀,即使短暂的降低了通货膨胀,也会付出经济滞涨的惨痛代价。通货膨胀与经济发展到底是什么样的关系,这不仅是巴西所关心的问题,也是世界各国在经济发展道路上不可避免的问题。本文旨在透过二战以来巴西在反通货膨胀上的经历经验,通过计量方法,解析巴西雷亚尔计划前后通货膨胀对于经济发展的重要作用,并试图探索通货膨胀与经济发展的均衡之道。
“World War II ”, Brazil’s inflation is serious. From the miracle of Brazil to the reais plan, the Brazilian government all shows its determination to govern inflation and promote economic development. However, not all policies can curb inflation accurately and effectively. Even if inflation is temporarily reduced, it will pay for it The painful price of stagflation. What kind of relationship between inflation and economic development are in the end is not only a matter of concern to Brazil, but also an inevitable problem on the road to economic development of all countries in the world. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the important role of inflation in economic development before and after Brazil’s Real Plan through the experience of Brazil in anti-inflation since World War II and to find out the equilibrium between inflation and economic development through measurement.
