本文讨论了颗粒催化剂内进行多相催化反应时双组分传质的影响。提出了采用关键组分的简化处理方法。过程内扩散阻力显著时,关键组分的表观反应级数(?)与本征反应级数α的关系为(?)=(α+1)/2,非关键组分的表观反应级效为本征反应级数的一半。用磁钢传动转框反应器,在反应温度90℃、甲醛初始浓度为8—10g/100ml的条件下,对四种不同颗粒直径的催化剂,研究了乙炔和甲醛水溶液在乙炔铜催化剂上合成丁炔二醇的表观动力学。实验结果证实了理论分析的正确性。
This article discusses the effect of two-component mass transfer on heterogeneous catalysis within a particle catalyst. A simplified approach using key components is proposed.
