随着社会主义经济体制的不断完善,人民生活水平的提高,国家不断加大对教育的投入力度,社会与家庭时刻关注着校园教育。当代高中学生的管理应该与时俱进,顺应时代的发展。高中学生正处于世界观人生观价值观初步形成的时期,同时也面临着严峻的升学压力,特殊的背景下造成了高中学生管理过程中出现了许多问题。针对现行教育体制下出现的管理问题,本文通过调查分析后针对现状提出了一系列的对策,以提高高中学生管理机制。
With the continuous improvement of the socialist economic system and the improvement of people’s living standards, the state has continuously increased its investment in education, and society and the family are paying attention to school education at all times. The management of contemporary high school students should keep pace with the times and conform to the development of the times. Senior high school students are in the period of initial formation of the concept of outlook on life in the world outlook, meanwhile they also face severe pressure of further study. Under the special background, many problems have appeared in the management of high school students. In view of the management problems that appear under the current education system, this paper puts forward a series of countermeasures for the status quo through investigation and analysis, in order to improve the management mechanism of high school students.
